Following the recent shareholders approval for the statutory name change of Unit 4 Agresso N.V. into UNIT4 N.V., UNIT4 has, in consultation with NYSE Euronext, decided to list its shares as from June 1, 2010 under the name UNIT4 N.V.. The ISIN code of the shares will remain unchanged. As from June 1, 2010 the shares will be traded under the symbol: UNIT4.
