Happen Business and PrintSolv announce Managed Print Services Partnership

N/A (October 13, 2009) – Jim2 Photocopier Edition is an accounting and workflow software package specially developed to meet the specific needs of photocopier and office equipment dealers. It manages accounts, scheduling, aggregates billing and automates copier meter counts.

PrintSolv is the exclusive supplier of FMAudit hardware and software products in Australia and New Zealand. FMAudit software automatically collects meter reads/copy counts from a photocopier machine under contract and transmits information back to the business that supplies and maintains the machine.

All the information provided by FMAudit then needs to be manually processed, which is an administratively intensive exercise for a small business. The first integration will take place before the end of 2009 for Sheather & Merrigan Business Equipment in Newcastle, which has more than 1000 customer sites.
