UNIT4 strengthens UK Board with new Professional Services Director

UNIT4, the global business software company, has appointed Clare Dorey to the role of Professional Services Director for its UK operations. Clare, who has held a number of senior services roles with leading companies including Capita and Anite, will be responsible for UNIT4’s 200 UK based consultants and project managers. She will also work with the Group as a whole to ensure service and solution excellence to the Group’s expanding customer base as well as with developing new service offerings and maintaining the quality of delivery standards.
During her career Clare has developed extensive experience across both the public and private sectors working with customers and partners to develop and implement comprehensive solutions and services that address change, performance and productivity management.

The challenges for UNIT4 customers in the UK are quite diverse with some emerging from the recession and looking to grow quite rapidly while others, particularly public sector customers, continuing to face tougher times. In either circumstance customers will have to address considerable change such as restructuring, significant headcount changes, acquisition, divestment or the increased sharing of services if they are to survive and prosper. UNIT4’s business solutions enable customers to address such changes quickly, efficiently and cost effectively, building business value and delivering real improvements in performance.
