Workday Appoints Leighanne Levensaler Vice President, HCM Strategy; Promotes Jim Bozzini to Senior Vice President, Operations and Services

In addition, Workday has promoted Jim Bozzini to senior vice president of Operations and Services. * Leighanne Levensaler joins Workday as vice president, Human Capital Management strategy, reporting to Workday CTO and vice president of product strategy, Stan Swete. Leighanne is responsible for the strategic direction of Workday HCM solutions and will also participate in guiding the company’s overarching product strategy.
o Leighanne joins Workday from Bersin & Associates, where she served as principal analyst covering Talent Management. Leighanne has more than a decade of experience working with Fortune 1000 companies to develop learning and performance strategies and design and implement integrated talent development solutions. Prior to joining Bersin & Associates, she led the Learning Consulting Practice at SystemLink Enterprise Solutions. Leighanne has also held positions at SmartForce, Edutrek International/AUI and Deloitte Consulting.
o Leighanne is a frequent presenter at leading industry events and a regular contributor to a number of HR and Talent Management publications.
* Jim Bozzini has been named Workday’s first senior vice president, with expanded responsibility for the company’s Operations and Services. Reporting to new Workday President and COO, Mike Stankey, Jim leads all customer services – from deployment through product updates, optimization and support. He also has responsibility for Workday’s customer training programs, quality assurance, and data center operations.
o An enterprise software veteran, Jim has more than 15 years of experience in deploying, managing and supporting business solutions for global organizations.
o Under Jim’s leadership, Workday has redefined the process of deploying and optimizing enterprise-class SaaS applications.
